Sweetest gesture ever ….

I didn't write much recently … but to be honest nothing much happened, except work work and work ! I having been on full time, day shift, night shift, week end shift, to finish my marketing plan ! Luckily it is done and I am now ready for the next adventure …. Myanmar in 3 days ! If I was more excited about it I would probably have a stroke ;-)

I am very lazy to explain all of what we are going to do, so for tonight I will just talk about one thing …. The kindest gesture ever, from one of my colleague … She loaned me one of her camera, knowing how much I love photography ! She told that this camera hadn't travel enough recently and need to get out ;-)

I know, your are gonna tell me that I already have a camera ,and a pretty nice one actually ! Yes but …. check out my new toy :

Old school hum !! Indeed it is an analogue camera !

And see do you remember that … yessss of course there is 36 pics film and a manual focus ! Oh my God you cant imagine how much I love it !

 

The film she gave me is a Redscale if I am not wrong so I am supposed to be able to take pictures like that :
 
I mean, if I am lucky enough maybe one of the 36 might turn out nicely ;-) I am probably gonna buy a second film though, with an other effect, just to try it ! I feel so excited cause it reminds me of many years back when my mum bought me an analogue camera and I remember everything about it, to have to buy the film, pay attention not to expose it to the sun, and the excitement to go to Carrefour to pick up my pics , and anxiously look trough it to see if it is nice. It is really like going back in time !
Thanks again for that Dessy, I will take care of it like I would do with my own baby !
